On my first trip, the very first time I tried to use it, the steamer blew the travel plug I had it plugged into (ruined this). It did continue to work. ONCE. I was able to find another plug and get it to work. The next time I tried to use it (next day), it started spitting out drops of water instead of steam. I touched the plate and realized that it wasn’t hot. At all.
